E-Transcripts Benefits:

Cost:

E-Transcript: $7.50 - securely delivered electronically, typically sent within 60-90 minutes. Some transcripts (such as records with holds or records prior to 2004) may require longer processing time.
Mailed, Pick-Up or On-the-Spot requests: $15

Request a Transcript:

Current Students (who have attended in the last year)

Log in Note: You may log into Infobear using your Single Sign-on login credentials (email username and password) or scroll down further and enter your Banner ID and PIN. Once you are logged in, click on Student > Student Records > Order Official Transcript.

Former Students (who attended more than a year ago)

A: Sign into and click Orders. Go to the Tracking help page for full details.

A: The E-Transcript is a PDF document of your official transcript.

A: If your status says "Download Confirmed" this means your transcript was delivered and has been downloaded. You should contact the recipient and, if you have further questions, contact us at transcript@bridgew.edu.

If your status says "Available for Download" this means your transcript was delivered but not yet downloaded. You should contact the recipient as it may be in their spam folder and, if you have further questions, contact us at transcript@bridgew.edu.

A: Your E-Transcript is available for 7 days. If you did not download it in that time contact us at transcript@bridgew.edu and we will research to see if a reset is possible.

A: You can make payment via credit card online.

A: An E-Transcript is typically sent within 60-90 minutes. Some transcripts (such as records with holds or records prior to 2004) may require longer processing time.

A: Yes, you can have your transcript sent to multiple locations.

A: Yes, however most colleges/universities and outside agencies will only accept a transcript directly from ɫ��Ƶ. Therefore, it's best to confirm first, as once you open the secure link the transcript is no longer considered "official."

A: You will be notified when your transcript has been sent, received and opened.

A: NO. You can order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

A: Yes. Students can place a pick-up order request online. By doing this, you will be notified when your transcript is available for pick-up.
